Goji Berries Benefits

 

Goji berries are very good for your liver, stomach and eyes.  They are known to even treat some diseases such as high cholesterol or help fight fatty liver disease.  They are also known for their anti cancer agents and benifits to the blood system.  They are known to make increase white blood cell count and even decrease blood sugar.   Other benifits include anti aging.  for men it can be used to treat sexual dysfunction and for women who are pregnant it can help calm vomiting and nausea.  So how does one extract the benifits of the goji berry? The best way to consume the berry is to make a hot tea with one to  two teaspoons per day.  The berries can also be eaten dried.
